Another warm day, but today the rhythm of the Institute was just perfect. Everyone practiced the night before, and the improvement in sound and tone is already quite noticeable.

Joe wanted to share his ideas about the art class. This art class is always buzzing with positive energy and creativity. Joe and his assistant Tali are really doing an incredible job. It is important to have this outlet for the students since they are playing so much.

Here's what Joe had to say: "I find in art class, the less structure, the better. They become more creative as they search to make something new. They are all using their imagination with the crafts that we have set out for them. It is also a relief from the school year, where they have so much structure to their day."

We also had our Parent Meeting on Suzuki teaching philosophy today, and in the next blog post I will summarize some of the discussion that the talk generated. Stayed tuned for more, and enjoy the great pics!
